In 1984 Joseph Mumbach started serving the water treatment needs of the metro Phoenix valley. Later, in 1991, Derek Sajdak began his career in the water treatment industry and formed Aqua Science in 1998. In May 2008, both Joseph and Derek merged the assets of their companies to form J & D Resources LLC dba Aqua Science. Locally owned and operated, Aqua Science consists of over 50 employees with two offices based in Tempe and Phoenix.
