We are a General Engineering and General Building Contractor. Our services apply to residential and commercial construction and structural repair. We have over 25 years experience repairing homes,commercial buildings ,utility connections, retaining walls, grading and drainage. We specialize in structural foundations. We repair cracked, crumbling, shifted and sinking foundations. We also retrofit for earthquake safety. We correct the problems leading to the deteriorated condition of the foundation, such as: poor drainage, erosion, unstable soil and overgrown vegetation.
Our work is warranted for 10 years and we offer state /county sponsored programs for earthquake retrofit, zero interest financing with a down payment for larger projects.
We provide services for general structural and interior repairs of all types. We build retaining walls for residential and commercial applications. We provide grading services and complete engineering services and soils reports.
We have financing available. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
