Reasons to use ARC for your stone & tile installation

4. Complete office support — unheard of in residential installation. The client can always communicate with someone to resolve any situation that may arise or for any type of information that needs to be relayed.
5. Shop drawings, sketches etc. created to ensure that the designer's ideas will be executed by our field mechanics.
6. A special position called the DTS — Director of Technical Services who is a liaison for the office and the field. He executes functions !ike: Display of tiles or stones for approval to the owner, contractor, architect or designer, whoever is in charge of such decisions. Layouts of the product are also executed to ensure all are pleased and approval is gotten before the actual installation occurs.
7. Tile setters consist of 3 different categories: A. Tile setters — ceramic, porcelain tiles etc. of any kind. B. Marble layers — marble. granite, limestones and travertines etc. tiles — any stone. C. Stone masons — any stone in slab (3/4"+-) installation with mortars, mechanical fasteners etc. KRC does all three categories.
8. We do "mud" work on floors and walls. Mud on the walls is an almost lost technique in the industry.
9. We're always on schedule or ahead of it, no matter what it takes to do it. We pull off the time sensitive jobs and have for over a decade.
10. Summary —some people in the trade may have some of these points and some have others but we have all of them and more.
11. Excellent references and an entire showroom with extensive tile and stonework that KRC/ARC did completely at the Boston Design Center; namely, Urban Archaeology. We invite you to come and see our work.
12. Now in the last few years we've expanded to having the tile and stone installation, fabrication and installation of slab work and a complete cleaning and restoration of tile and stone. Now we can offer a complete package for our GCs and Designers.
