Aldredge in 1989 as a small, client centered architectural practice with a focus on residential architecture for historic urban neighborhoods and environmental artwork installed in public and commercial places in Washington and Alaska. Aldredge’s artistic career is evident in her custom designs for house-parts including lighting, railings, mosaic tile, and architectural ornament. Her artwork is often large scale, making architecture into habitable sculpture and building hardware and accessories into ornament.
