Sam Awad, an accredited Architect by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, has over 30 years of experience and hold architectural registrations in the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Virginia.
The Philosophy
Sam firmly believes in providing Services that reflect the needs of his clients with Architecture that is passionate, creative and inspiring. His designs are generated to respond to his clients' vision as well as the impact on the budget and the environment. His goal is to achieve a durable, comfortable, enjoyable and economical space that integrates new materials and methods. The client is invited to participate in the process and become a part of the design team.

Sam has an extensive experience in Residential and Commercial constructions. Many of his projects include new construction as well as additions and alterations. He also has a solid experience in projects such as Interiors, Tenant Fit-ups, Corporate Interiors, Retail Spaces, and Restaurants
