The representative of their company quoted me an amount that I would have to pay. I asked if I should contact my insurance company and he told me No, I didn't have to, that he would work with the insurance company and that was his job so "he knows how it goes" and not to worry. Well, instead of the amount of "under $2,720" that was told to me, I received an invoice for $5,088.86!!! I called the number listed on the invoice (Luke) several times, no response. The employee that I worked with was "no longer employed" there. I finally received a call from Wyatt and all he could do for me was get me a payment plan for the amount of $5,088.86. They did NOT stand behind the quote that was given to me! Their job was bad - I found roofing nails, bits of shingles in my yard and they took off my leaf guards and put them behind my couch on the deck and left them there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEIR CLAIM ON THE INTERNET SAYS THAT THEY WORK FOR YOU AND WITH YOUR INSURANCE WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!

Horrible Company,I would never hire them for anything. I cannot even get a call back after leaving a message and called talked to Katie. No response. The door is is not installed properly,screws are falling out. Could be dangerous, someone could get injured. Obviously they don’t care. More problems with other things they did not do properly on this house. Siding was not done right. Maybe the roof could have not been installed correctly also. Not sure on the ground here.

I had a bad experience with my insurance company and a third party brought in to "represent" me in my claim. It lasted for 13 months. I won't go into all the details other than to say the representatives from this other company were misleading at best and possibly even intentionally deceptive at times. They talked me into paying for services of even more "experts" with promises to make me whole if my "slam dunk" case was unsuccessful. This third party backed out of their promise when the slam dunk was blocked and that's when Arko Exteriors really stepped up to the plate. They looked at the circumstances of what was promised and what eventually happened. Arko stepped in and made me whole even though they didn't have to. Scott from Arko simply said they didn't agree with how things went down and wanted to do what they felt was right for me as their customer. A few days later, their crew came in and did a fantastic job on my roof. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and their cleanup was immaculate. Inspection went perfect and she said they did a great job. If hail ever sweeps through my neighborhood again, my first call will be to Arko.

From from start to finish Arko made sure all my questions were answered and helped me through each step of the process. My project manager was Luke Rundle and he was involved until the very end. This company did a great job and their attention to detail was what I think makes them different from all the others. Thanks Again! Jen

I can't recommend this company highly enough. My project manager explained the entire process and answered all my questions (I had never been through such a big project on my home before and I had a lot!). The ladies in the office called to check in on my project and helped me navigate and understand some things I was having trouble figuring out. From beginning to end they were great to work with and I am so happy with how my project turned out!

FIND SOME OTHER CONTRACTOR!!!
A small kitchen and bath remodel took over 9 months to complete and even then there were loose ends. They dragged the project on and on putting us at the bottom of the list. Maybe all residential contractors are like this because of the labor shortage. But that is no excuse for their poor service and response time. We had to do much of the leg work, calling suppliers, searching for products, checking up on their work, calling to see when subs will be showing up, pushing for information. Find someone else.

Find someone else! Arko Exteriors had an agreement with a previous owner of my property to repair storm damage to the roof and windows. They finally completed the work a full year after I purchased the property and then filed a lien against my property for over $16,000. Now I have to pay an attorney to fight something that I never agreed to in the first place.
