Horrible customer service they do not stand behind the products they sell

True professional and knowledgeable in the building construction and mechanical contracting. Have work multiple projects together over the years.

Their install crew is completely incapable of installing a door. They installed doors that are not installed to Palm Beach County Code. They will leave you feeling like you have impact doors when in fact they are not as they are installed improperly like they did at my home.

Roof was replaced on time according to the contracted price. Clean up following end of project was thorough. Minor special requests were completed and at no charge. Roof It Right would be selected again for future roofing jobs.

8/5/2020. I am nearly 8 months into something that I was initially told would take 6 to 8 weeks. I am out thousands of dollars and have not seen a single kilowatt hour for my trouble. I am unsure when or if this will be resolved as I keep getting excuses that they are working with other parts of their company, contracted installers, or "on vacation".

Yes, we would highly recommend "Roof It Right" for your next roofing project. They were very informative in the presentation of the products, which would be used and, inevitably, was needed to bring the roof up to code. As well as, we were given a wonderful description of what the plan would be to complete the roof, if there was a need, for wood replacement, once the old shingles were removed. The estimate given was precise and gave us no surprises at the end of the experience.
The project was completed by an experienced crew, with even the salesman getting on the roof, during several phases, to make certain the progress was developing as planned. Not to mention, the owner came by to inspect the job and discuss our satisfaction level with his workmen.
Our families past homestead of 60 years, now has a new face lift, and could certainly weather any storm that comes it's way, for the next 25 years. All and all, a very professional job, well done! The icing on top, was when we went by their office to pay the total bill, we were greeted by a very friendly office manager, who made our total experience end as well as it began. She even gave us the heads up of a Military rebate from GAF shingles coming our way, which assisted with the additional cost for the number of boards we had to replace for the totally job to finished for assurance in the future.
This is a company, I would hire again, when another of my homes needs a roof replacement.

Worst company I have ever dealt with . My roof has leaked since it was installed and they make no attempts to return my calls. They also destroyed sections of my vinyl fence with roofing Tar. I told them about it and they never returned to clean it. My driveway and walkway pavers had roofing cement all over them. I spent weeks on my hands and knes cleaning my pavers. Don't hire these idiots they are horrible!

Highly recommend Roof it Right! They had done several roofs in our neighborhood that looked great and our neighbors had praised them. Still did more research to be sure and after getting an estimate from a few different companies, Roof it Right stood out from them all. Andy was very thorough in explaining the overall process and materials to be used and offered a fair price. Work was completed efficiently and beautifully, greatly adding to the curb appeal of our home. Love the Timberline HD shingles! Great follow-up after completion with our GAF Golden Pledge warranty & a military rebate too.

Door was done on schedule, promptly, and fit perfectly. American Dream Builders also brought everything up to Miami code.

My only complaint was with door lubrication- it got noisy in about 5 months, had to lube hinges.

The work done on my house was EXCELLENT. By far the lowest price quote for the work and I am entirely happy with Riverside's work. If you hire Riverside, it will take a little longer because they are only a crew of two. But in my case it was well worth it.

Alexander Air Conditioning did a great job. I would recommend them.

I would recommend Barfield Contracting but as with any contractor in this area you have to watch them. They did damage my screen enclosure but they did have it repaired. Their estimate wasn't the lowest but I felt comfortable with their warranty.

I was very pleased with A T Harris. The tech Brad came out and was very professional. We had air going in no time and I did not feel like I was over priced at all. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Amtek Air for routine maintenance. The technician that came to my home handled the overall process with respect and promptness. I am very impressed by Amtek Air’s technicians, as they gave me several short term and long term solutions. Frankly, no other company does that. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

We loved the financing alternatives offered by Amtek Air Inc. We had set up a new central air conditioning unit which has two zones: one in the living area and the other in the bedroom. It sounded complicated, but these guys knew what they were doing and got it done effectively. We highly recommend Amtek Air and will certainly use their financing option in the future whenever we have a need for their expert services.

I had a great experience with Amtek Air, Inc. One of their technicians performed a tune up on my air conditioning system recently. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and gave me some tips on how to keep my old AC running more efficiently like maintaining the vents and changing the filters. Thank you, Amtek Air!!

Our new AC system is setup on the roof and is controllable through our phone system. I know that sounds fancy and expensive, but they managed to hook up our AC at a very affordable price! After the installation, they made sure to clean up after themselves, which always earns a company huge brownie points for me.. I would love to recommend them to whoever is in the area looking for AC repair and installation.

I highly recommend Amtek Air not only for the great job they did, but also for their quality customer service. The repair crew arrived at the time that was scheduled and fixed the problem very quickly. They also took the time to offer suggestions we could follow to avoid facing the same situation again in the future.
