Set time for estimate and didn't show or call for that time. I followed up and scheduled for another day. Gave estimate while I was out and never called to set the date. I followed up and set the day to do the work as Thurs. or Fri. Said Thurs. or Fri was a definite. I had to follow up both days and he said he couldn't make it both times. Said Sat. he would text if he was coming. No text, no contact, no show.
There was nothing complex here, simply a door and a garbage disposal. The owner simply does not have the professionalism or communication skills to interact properly with customers. Not dependable whatsoever.
