At the age of 13 while working for his father’s subcontracting business performing framing, siding, and interior trim, Oliver began honing his skills and growing his knowledge of the home building process, building systems and technical aspects. Upon graduating high school Oliver earned his draftsman certification from the local Technical Collage of the Lowccountry. A few years later he used this after obtaining a South Carolina home builders license to build and design his first home.

First and foremost Oliver is a craftsman at heart who deeply desires to create beautiful homes.
