Terrible customer service!!! I had a problem and the technician Nate Kenny left his number to reach him if need be. I called him and he said he was busy with a job and would call me in a couple of hours. HE NEVER DID. My second problem I called him again and he said he could not make it to my house that same day but would come over at 10:30 the next morning. HE NEVER SHOWED! NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. Very poor business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED.
