The Asturis have been in the construction business since 1981. Vince Asturi learned the trade from his uncles in Southern California. As a teenager he worked on jobsites, having the opportunity to learn every aspect of residential construction with an emphasis on Italian craftsmanship.

The team are certified in universal design and aging in place specialists. Members of the U.S. Green Building Council and NAHB, Edan has a BA in Architecture from UC Berkeley and over 18 years of experience in all aspects of residential design, including working partnerships with architects, civil and structural engineers, general contractors and landscape architects. Ira is certified in the electrical trade and is developing a strong focus on the smart and energy efficient home with beautiful and functional features, from lighting and communications to heating and cooling.
