Although I did not have the work done, the time spent discussing options, layout plans, etc., it was a pleasure working with this company. The level of professionalism and patience exceeded my expectations. Should I decide to go forward I intend to contact this company.

Father + Son team. I was a little taken back by that at first. It's nice. It reminded me of my father teaching me the construction and plumbing and electrical industry all throughout highschool. While that's nice, I didn't want that going on at MY property. But, it all worked out in the end. Worry averted. Clean up could have been better though, but for the cost, I have no complaints.
My wife was pleased. After such a very terrible experience with SFR Tech Roofing (see my review here), I have no patience for bad contractors on my property. So, my wife was happy that someone could be here, do the job, and LEAVE with no hassle or complication.
The end result is my shut off valve is installed, new flush system put in toilet, and water filtration system (under kitchen sink) installed. I'm looking for leaks and currently don't see any. So, as long as it works like it should work, I'm good. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. The father boast about 40 years in the industry.

Deck reconstruction. The workmen were excellent and hard working. Really knew how to solve even difficult matters. I will give them five stars without reservation.

Raymond V Sales is the worst contractor that I have ever known in my 50 years of experience .All the subcontractors that he uses are garbage .In a recently built home in Key Largo plans specs were not follow Stucco on exterior walls was done rough instead of smooth, AC unit has 14.0 seer instead of 16.0 and the label on the compressor was taken off so no one will notice. Kitchen sink drain pipe was placed inside the wall and then the drain was mounted thru the floor. 20 tiles on the main floor at the entrance were misaligned and never replace .We were never questioned if we wanted spacers and the grout was not cleaned. Shower doors were installed without silicone.. They used a roof vent to run the AC Freon pipes and the electrical hook up putting the AC shut off on the compressor instead of the wall .As you can see Mr Sales and his contractors are pure garbage and he should not even have a license He does not go to the job site to check on anything and he does not like to be called even when you call him to advise of something that is being done wrong like the first 5 openings on the first floor ,for windows and doors ,4 of them had to be redone cutting the cinder blocks . He is a complete disaster and I have photos to prove everything that was mentioned above and maybe 10 other situation
