This guy Jess Marshall is a crook. Cashed my checks for the insurance covered hail damage and did not complete the work. Stacks of nails every where chipping away at the lawn mower to the point that the lawn contractor will not return. Part of the roof tile is raising up and now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Never fixed fence or windows. I am 3000 + dollars in the hole.
