Avalon NW, inc was started in 1992, following over a hundred years of family tradition, in which both father and grandfather were general contractors.

We work with clients throughout the United States from concept to completion. We design, permit and build homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship and materials. From starter homes and duplexes to multi-million dollar waterfront homes, we can provide a unique custom home built to last well into the next century.

We have long standing relationships with many of our subcontractors and suppliers, which gives us the advantage of good pricing, quality service and materials. We respect the environment and recycle our left over building products along with donating salvaged items to local non-profit stores.

In addition our home remodeling and new home construction projects, we also do extensive commercial work. Our valued clients include Firestone Tire Stores from Olympia to Bellingham, The Little Gym of Bellevue, Issaquah, Seattle, and West Seattle, St. Demetrius Church, Precor Exercise Equipment, Rancho Bravo and Olive and Grape Restaurant. We treat both tenant improvement and new buildings with equal respect, value and craftsmanship for our clients businesses as we do their homes.

We can update a two bedroom bungalow, add an elevator to a home, build a garage or modernize a kitchen. We are experienced at both raising homes and adding second floors.
