Anibal at Azores Tile Co. quoted and installed a new stone and glass tile shower for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the work, schedule and finished results. He also communicated clearly with us which is usually an exception. I highly recommend Anibal at Azores Tile.
First off Anibal is one of those very upfront and honest contractors that are a diamond in the rough. He is friendly, experienced and was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted, wasn't afraid to give us his option based on experience and in the end give us exactly what we wanted with some improvements.
Our project was to replace a honed stone tile shower which wasn't put in well and had some mold in the stone. He explained why he believes this happened and how he would avoid it. However we wanted to match the existing floor and he was able to exactly match the tile and add in the glass accent and flooring. He added an extra nook and a corner bench.
He finished on schedule, on budget and on point. The finished results looked great, the match to existing stone was amazingly exact.
If you want an honest tile guy, i would highly recommend him.
I will post pictures when i am back home.

I was impressed that the owner, Anibal, unlike other bidders, advised me, without prompting, on tiles patterns and choices that would not be too slippery. His expertise and honesty were obvious. Anibal is also polite and accommodating when any issues arise.
His crew did a beautiful job on the fireplace mosaic setting and in laying the tile pattern in the dining area.
The only suggestion that I have is that his crew and I should have gone through all the tiles initially to make sure that they were in good shape and were what I expected, as there can be unexpected variations in color.
