I've worked with SHOP on 290 Mulberry and I found them to be very reliable. They do what they promise, on time and are very thoughtful and accommodating. All in all, it was a very positive experience, they're definitely the best architects I've worked with. Having said that, like on every other job, your owner still needs to be very involved and on top of things, or have a competent project manager/rep on board.
