    Water main leak

    May I request Terry Brown contact me? I would like to point out that when BNT tech removed the entire water main container, haphazardly repaired the pipes on the main, the unit replaced was cock-eyed, BNT did not replace the container correctly - the tech left the main unit valves exposed. As a person that saw the extent of the unit dug up, I firmly believe BNT damaged and caused the irrigation side leak. I have pictures from 27 Aug 2023 through 29 Aug 2023 of BNT's unskilled and veiled attempt to coverup the leak BNT caused to the irrigation system to my new home's lawn. BNT first fixed the house-side of the water main leak August of 2022. I have lived in my newly built home since February 2022. One year later, BNT arrived to fixed the second leak to the house-side of the water main. The plumber dug up the ground surrounding the water main, water main container, including the surrounding irrigation system and its containers. 3 hours after the plumber dug up the area above, the majority of the remaining emergency service call time, he sat at the back door of his van. His response to every comment and question I asked was, "You'll have to call the office." Those are truly the only words that came out of his mouth. The second BNT plumber that responded to the leak that followed the first responder unprofessional muck job, looked at the pit the first responder dug up and claimed the secondary leak was on the irrigation side, and turned off the water valve to the irrigation system. Please understand, there was no damage to the irrigation system water feed/valve until Michael, the plumber that came my home on 28 August 2023, sloppily repaired the house-side water main leak. When MI sent an individual to cover-up the shoddy and unwarranted BNT dig, the grass outlines the BNT 28 August dig that shows Michael unnecessarily ventured into the irrigation system.
