Very disappointing. I called for an estimate and spoke to Curtis. He said he didn't want to waste his time and said no matter the size of my pool it would cost $60K. Without measuring?? Very unprofessional. We didn't have a good first conversation so that a sign. He asked if I had received other estimates and I told him that I was going to get 4 total. He was upset. I have no problem spending the $60K but not for horrible customer service. I will have my pool installed by someone else.
