Our niche is in Senior Living and restaurants/food service. We also work throughout the Gulf South, from Texas to Florida. These commercial projects range in cost between 1M and 50M. Our fees range between 10% of the construction cost for the smaller projects up to 5% of the construction cost on the larger projects. Our clients come through referrals from satisfied clients and repeat clients. I would expect that these two markets would not be looking on buildzoom for professional referrals….but you never know. One additional point that is important, we do not provide work proposals to people price shopping through the internet. Our process involves vetting a client and understanding their project first hand through an initial contact appointment. We believe a qualifications-based selection process leads to arriving at a fee for service that is commensurate with the clients' expectations and represents a good value. Most projects require some type of pre-design or feasibility phase to arrive at a project that is economically viable.
