We share these bids with you, managing the project in an “open-book” fashion. Additional value is gained from a single design/build team by integrating the design and construction and eliminating duplication of efforts and miscommunications between the architect and contractor. You have a single point of responsibilty throughout the project, and no opportunities for finger pointing when challenges arise. The project schedule is accelerated, risks are reduced, dollars are saved, and we bring the same comprehensive program of professionalism, good management and communication to the entire process.
