We bring our construction teams into the process early to develop realistic project estimates as we work through the design together. At the completion of the design, we will bid the project to pre-qualified subcontractors to ensure that you are getting good quality with competitive market pricing. We share these bids with you, managing the project in an “open-book” fashion. Additional value is gained from a single design/build team by integrating the design and construction and eliminating duplication of efforts and miscommunications between the architect and contractor. You have a single point of responsibilty throughout the project, and no opportunities for finger pointing when challenges arise. The project schedule is accelerated, risks are reduced, dollars are saved, and we bring the same comprehensive program of professionalism, good management and communication to the entire process.
