    Excellent company. Had an addition built during the pandemic. They have competitive pricing and pay a lot of attention to detail. Will definitely hire this company again

    Project: raise the ceilings and make them even between the bathroom and laundry room.
    Replace the walls, add new flooring, new toilet.
    Remove the bathroom vanity and replace the utility sink with a nicer looking one
    and hook the wash machine output into drain pipe of the utility sink
    ,exhaust the dryer vent to the outside.

    Laundry room : 8'4" * 8' Bathroom : 5'10" * 2'6"
    The project was estimated to take 2 to3 weeks but actually took 6 weeks.
    Holly was the project manager and she was great, she ensured the work was done and done well,
    she also made sure I had the best price and the right material.
    Antonio was the head contracter and he is a perfectionist and did a fantastic job
    Laislo was a contractor who also did excellent work.
    Because of the quality results I have no issue with the time it took.
    I will employ Bay Area Builders again as long as these 3 main individuals are there.
