BC Tent Awnings Company Construction
Founded in 1980 by Bob Costa, BC Tent & Awning Company Inc has established itself as a major tent rental provider serving Boston, the South Shore, North Shore, and Metro West Massachusetts from its base in Avon. The company supplies tents and event rentals for a wide range of clients, including private gatherings and large corporate events. In 2017, BC Tent expanded its capabilities through the acquisition of Boston Party Rentals, which broadened its rental inventory. Operations moved to the current Avon facility in 2000, later enlarged with an 8,000-square-foot addition in 2015 to accommodate continued growth. Led by Bob Costa, the business has evolved from a small part-time team in the 1980s to a staff of over 25, along with seasonal hires. BC Tent & Awning won Best Wedding Rentals on the Boston A-List in 2016.
