Mr Rooter Plumbing

Did thousands of dollars of work that found out was unnecessary, didn't do any cleanup so mold grew all over my crawlspace, the area they re-cemented after digging out my driveway for no reason has completely broken away, old driveway is still fine, so they used crappy materials. Wanted to do $9,000 more unnecessary work, but fortunately got 2cd opinion and didn't have it done. All I needed was my sewer line rootered!

Wow. In today's time repair costs are costly and can be very troublesome. We were trying to find a good company who does honest work and provide quality service and we decided to go wth Magee Electric. Today my mom said thank thank to Magee for being an honest and caring company who truely worries about the customer and make sure they are safe and taken care of. We had another company who came out and just made a quote without really looking and left my mom with an arcing fuse and no power. We Called Magee and they came out the next day because they were concerned. They were busy and the owners son who also is the owner came out to get my mom taken care of. He went out of his way and was concerned and worked hard on the problem and fixed it. He Went twice to get parts even though one trip was for a simple part that he didn't have to do but he wanted to just help her out. Wow what customer service. When you have electrical problems, call them because they are one of very few companies who cares about people and give 120% in doing there job. If an owner can go above and beyond, then it says a lot about the company and their mission statement of commitment to their service. I want to thank Magee for saving my mom tons of money and not try to get one over on my mom like the other company tried. You made a lifetime customer and a strong referral customer

They forgot to put my washer drain line back in the pipe and I didn't notice since they were here to replace the water heater and fix some of the surrounding plumbing so I didn't think they would mess with my washer! So I went to put my super load into the dryer to find it drained all over my back room and into my basement I was a bit upset. After paying over $2,000 the day before to replace our broken water heater I would have expected perfection. I did call and they did most of the water clean up for me, but I still have to dry out my basement. I am happy they fixed their mistake, but it was still a big inconvenience and some of the things on the floor may have to get tossed, but we will have to see after it all dries out. They are fast and courteous and this was the second time we used them. I believe they are a bit over priced for a water heater, but at least it comes with a 6 year warranty and I could put it on my Wells Fargo Home Account which is what we used last time with them. At least it was cheaper than the $10,000 we shelled out the first time we had them out to repair our pipes.

On a Wednesday a clogged sewer cleanout and camera scoping revealed multiple breaks in our clay sewer line. A sewer line replacement was absolutely required.

Mr Rooter was able to schedule and complete the replacement by that Friday. They used the "pipe blast" technique which involved minimum damage to my yard.

Overall, I expect to continue using Mr Rooter for future plumbing needs.

The service was excellent! The plumber who came to our home was efficient, the utmost professional and very pleasant. Great customer service is their goal and this visit exemplified that they're following through!

I had a leak in my main water valve to the sprinkler system. I called several places, but they couldn't come fix it for a few days, or they didn't have the experience with the type of valve I had. Mr. Rooter came out the same day and in less than an hour, had the leak fixed. I was so relieved. My only concern is I was given a huge bill (I was informed of the cost before the work was done, and consented. What choice did I have?), but the bill wasn't broken down to cost of valve and cost of labor. Mr. Rooter either charges hundreds an hour, or they provide fixtures that must be gold plated. I don't know which. I requested the bill be broken down, but am still waiting for it, over a month now. Mr. Rooter is good, but be prepared to break into your college/retirement fund.

These people are the best. Yes, plumbing is expensive but when Mr. Rooter gets done, it's done and done right. They're courteous, prompt, and listen when I explain the problems. Highly recommended. No reservation.
