Bear Wood Windows awhile back was Johnson Postman,we had problems not long after we installed them. The paper that came on them stated to fill staple holes ( we paid extra to have them come primed !) When I called to tell them they leaked, I was told “we don’t make them like that anymore “,and that they changed their name. I contacted them maybe a year ago to tell them three panes were getting cloudy. I was told to take them to a glass company and have them replaced. Our home is 118 years old, the original windows are holding up fine,we will need to replace the Johnson Postman windows as we can afford to. Very disappointed. They don’t care at all. They got our money. We bought 3 bay windows ,5 3’x5’ and 2 small ones for the bathroom. The problems we had were with the way they were made, not the the way they were installed.
