Bob Donovan, President of Bedford Falls Builders, has more than 35 years of experience in the building industry, building custom homes, managing complex Hotel and Highrise Luxury Condominium Building projects on both the east and west coasts, as well as in Hawaii. He is a Master Builder who truly understands the intricacy of fine homebuilding. Unlike some of today’s builders, Bob started in the building industry as a carpenter’s helper. He was fortunate to have mentors that taught him the skills of the old world craftsman. The skills he learned not only taught him how to build fine homes, but also gave him a skill set to formulate systems and create schedules to manage construction projects. Along the way, he found in addition to quality and value, what customers really wanted and needed was service. With an emphasis on the customer’s needs, Bob developed a mantra, “Total Customer Satisfaction.” That has gone on to become his Mission Statement.
