His work in manufacturing helped him learn how to build a schedule and create a product that was more streamlined and efficient. He began as a general contractor doing various construction projects. His mom had her 800 square foot basement finished, with a small bathroom and open space, for $50,000. It was pretty rough looking. Scott did not like that his mom had to pay a tremendous amount of money for a horrible quality of work. He knew that he could do a better job, and make it more cost efficient. He quickly realized how much he enjoyed finishing basements and decided to focus on, and specialize in, basement finishing in Colorado.
Because BIC Construction, LLC specializes in basement finishing and renovations, it allows for us to provide two important things: undivided attention to each job we work on, as well as a construction process that is pleasant for the homeowner.
