We are a Design and Build Contractor, and we specialize in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area.
We also remodel Basements and Attics, and we do a lot of custom tilework and carpentry--custom ceilings, moldings, wainscoting, shiplap, benches, closets, laundries, built-ins, etc.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and we run our own electrical and plumbing divisions. We can do basic layouts or 3D renderings for the full design and build experience.
At Big Bear, we are a local Rocky River remodeler with an employee based business model. We have approximately 20 in-house employees, which allows for greater quality control versus the majority of design / build contractors who subcontract out all their work.
While we can work on any home from any period, we do work on a lot of older homes. We are very comfortable with century homes, plaster and lathe, knob and tube wiring, balloon framing and the settling and structural issues that arise from these older, but beautiful homes. We will work with your theme and design, but we do like to try to stay true to the quality of the home and the materials we use.
