    I first hired Joe Sobol several years ago to install some flood vents under my house. He did a fantastic job. It was not an easy job because the vents had to be installed according to special FEMA regulations. He took his time to make sure to understand very well what needed to be done. He wanted to have all the information and personally talk to the surveyor, and when he did the job he charged me a very reasonable price (much less than another company I had consulted, that did not spend any time researching the problem). Because of that job, I saved a lot of money on my flood insurance premium. Then I hired him again shortly afterwards to repaint my house and do other basic needed maintenance. I was quite happy with the job and with the price. Last fall I hired him for a third time to completely remodel my bathroom, and again I am very happy with the result. Joe will listen carefully to what you want and make sure that everything is done the way you want it done. He is thorough and does not cut corners, yet he does not overcharge. I highly recommend him.
