    It’s a shame that this guy is still in business. Gives you one price and changes it in three weeks . Never went in and got a building permit and change the septic system with out permits What do you say we hired him it’s our fault. We didn’t think he was like this but we heard he does this to everyone he works for . Never built what was on the blueprints totally different than what was on paper.

    Hired this company 3 years ago to build an addition and remodel our house. Bob seemed honest and knowledgeable upfront. Towards the last 2 months of construction Bob had stopped showing up at the site and comletely ignored any questions and concerns we had. He told us he was busy at his other sites and simply ignored ours.His wife Barry took over communication and was only responsive when it came to billing. His drywall crew did a horrible job, half of our house has huge bubbles in the drywall that look horrible under paint.
    His painter took 4! weeks to paint the house, showing up for an hour or so a day to work. The exterior of the house is showing barely covered white brick color that was supposed to be painted. The interior looks like a child had painted it. Brand new base boards and trim were not prepped properly showing nails, nail holes etc.
    All of the windows that he had insisted that we get are now not locking properly and are in need of replacement again.
    Construction debris and rubbish were never picked up and left on our property.
    Our electrical lines that ran underground to the buildings on the property were destroyed and never fixed.
    The plumber had picked out a bath tub for our master without consulting with us and now we are stuck with an ugly tub we absolutely hate.
    Our final bill was almost double of what we have agreed upon during our interview with Bob and his money hungry wife Barry. Overall experience was very disappointing and we highly recommend to steer clear from this crew of crooks.
