Terrible Experience with RGO Plumbing! He comes to my house last week and replaces the water line beneath my sink and doesn't even look at the faucet. The sink is still leaking so he comes back to my house today and now looks at the faucet which is connected to the water line and tells me that we now have a new problem..Are you kidding me? He now wants me to pay for a second deductible! Outrageous! Had he looked at the rusted out faucet last week then he could have corrected the problem last week instead of trying to get me to pay for a new job! The water line was never the issue..he showed me how the water was dripping from the faucet onto the water line..What a Scam! Stay away from this company!
