Blanchard Homes, Inc. was established in 1998 and is a family business that takes immense pride in building high quality custom homes in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Robin grew up in the building business as her father was a successful general contractor for close to 30 years. He was always a mentor to Robin and she shared his passion for building and designing homes.
Robin chooses to maintain only a handful of selected projects at a time because she believes that each job deserves her full attention. One thing that sets Robin apart from other contractors is that she cares greatly about the fine details involved in building a quality home. She can be found on the jobsite regularly and enjoys maintaining strong professional relationships with each of her subcontractors.
