Blue Sky Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company established in 1987 by Richard Cordova. The company has earned a reputation throughout the years of unsurpassed quality workmanship. Blue Sky Builders, Inc. is regarded as one of Northern New Mexico's top construction firms specializing in commercial construction.

Blue Sky Builders, Inc. has always had a focus on the future, and as a company founded by a Northern New Mexican, has a love and appreciation for the beautiful state of New Mexico. Blue Sky Builders, Inc. has the capabilities to compete in a competitive market through versitility and performance within the company for various construction aspects. They include, but not limited to, performing certain civil disiplines like surveying and excavation for foundations, forming and concrete placement and finishing, stamped concrete finishing, metal and wood framing, door frame, hardware, and window installation, drywall - including taping, bedding, & sheetrock finishing, lath & plaster exterior finish systems, both cement based or synthetic in nature.

Safety oversight and regulation is also performed within the company. Blue Sky Builders, Inc. believes that every one of our employees is a valuable asset to the company and it is important that they remain safe on every site. For this reason, Blue Sky Builders, Inc. provides not only basic safety training requirements by an in-house Safety Officer, but continues to provide training to employees who engage in equipment operation, scaffold erection, and the use of specialty tools. Blue Sky Builders, Inc. also provides CPR and First Aid Training to its employees.
