Boden Construction

Boden Construction, LLC was born in 1972 when Don Bodensteiner began building homes in the Black Hills. As the years passed his sons joined him and Boden Construction truly became a family business. Don eventually retired and passed the reins to his eldest son, Jon, and his younger brother, Adam, worked alongside him. The two brothers, who were not only brothers and coworkers, but friends, worked together to ensure that the family business lived on. Then in 2013, Jon, an amazing husband, father, son, brother and all-around person, tragically passed away and the time came for Adam to attempt to fill his shoes.

In the ensuing years Boden Construction transitioned from a business primarily focused on building spec homes to a sought after custom homebuilder in Rapid City and the surrounding hills. Utilizing the knowledge he gained through years of working with both his brother and father, Adam and his crew play an integral role in the homebuilding process and they do it with patience and honesty. So, despite the changes, at its heart, Boden Construction remains a family business that continues to rely on the support and strength of our entire family.
