When Brad Smith Roofing was founded in 1979, Brad already had 12 years of residential and commercial roofing experience under his belt. Brad started his company with the guiding principle that the customer deserves to be educated about all possible options for a quality roofing job. His conviction that quality materials and responsible practices cannot be sacrificed merely in the interests of “getting the job” has endured to this day.

From the beginning Brad’s Mom, Norma Jean Smith, ran the office, kept the books, and was the anchor for the company. In 1999 Brad’s daughter Stacey and son Drew joined the business. Stacey now manages the office and keeps the bar high for customer service. Drew works alongside his father as our lead estimator, and is invested in keeping Brad Smith Roofing on the cutting edge of roofing technology.

For more than 30 years, Brad Smith Roofing has served thousands of residential and commercial customers across Northern Ohio. All jobs are important to us, whether a missing shingle or slate, or a full roof replacement. We are proud to offer a wide spectrum of roofing solutions, as well as window and door replacement, interior repair and finish work, siding, masonry, and restoration of the historic features of older homes. Commercially we are highly experienced installers of all systems: built-up, modified, EPDM, rolled, TPO and metal.
