This man, named John called me immediately after I contacted some company online. He explained to me the whole process. He said, I will come-to yor house and provide a free TEST. If we found anything, then, we will notify you with the results and if you agreed, then, you will pay for the removal of mold. John assured me of free test. When he arrived, he performed the test and demanded 350$. When I approached him and told him why he is charging me 350$ for a simple test. He said I misunderstood him. He made a fool of me. He also said, he will send us mold report results which he never did. I do find this company quite a con artist. He lies about free test and he charges 350$ for a simple test that can be done for way less than 350$. I can not imagine him running around Tucson, lying about free test and ripping them off. I do not recommend this service to anyone. When I called John & told him why he has not send any email, he said he forgot and tried to remember the test results over the phone which I found immature and unprofessional. I never got any report from this company and I am out 350$.
