Brookpark Design-builders Inc has been serving Ohio since its founding as Brookpark Builders in 1951. Originally established by William Wade Dill, the company embraced prefabricated construction and became an early adopter of metal building products, partnering with Varco Pruden Buildings—a relationship that continues to this day. Leadership transitioned to Ray Zifzal, who eventually sold the business to Ralph Friedmann in 2005. Under Friedmann’s direction and with the involvement of his son, Steve, the company established a renewed focus on exterior building envelope projects. Specialties now include the fabrication and installation of custom wall panels and aluminum composite panels, made possible by investment in advanced equipment and a vertically integrated approach. Brookpark Design-builders primarily delivers design-build solutions for commercial properties throughout the region.
