Brooks Development Authority Construction

Brooks Development Authority manages redevelopment and construction projects across the 1,308-acre Brooks campus on the southeast side of San Antonio, Texas. Active for over 20 years, the organization oversees commercial, residential, mixed-use, and industrial developments as part of its mission to transform the former Brooks Air Force Base into an integrated live-work-play community. Brooks Development Authority is responsible for new construction, adaptive reuse, and infrastructure improvements throughout the campus, including hotel and retail sites, multifamily residences, educational facilities, office spaces, research laboratories, healthcare facilities, and recreational amenities. Projects highlighted within the Brooks community include apartment complexes, commercial building renovations, and site infrastructure upgrades. The Authority works with public and private sector partners to support long-range urban planning and economic development goals for the South Side region of San Antonio.
