This business did not complete work as described to them and as recorded in writing on the estimate they sent me. Stumps were not removed and debris was left scattered in my yard. I can't think of anyone that pays for yardwork and has to come home and clean up their work!
I paid more than the required deposit and refused to pay the remaining balance since clearly the work was not done. Several calls, texts, and emails did not resolve the problem. Almost two years later I was told I would receive a $0 balance and five months later I received another bill! I called irately and was told that they were done with me (finally!) and hung up on. Would NOT recommend to anyone based on my experience.
I really wish I could post the pictures of their "after work".
