We are highly motivated, responsible contractor who can offer a fair market pricing and understand the benefit of continued, ongoing working relationship.

As a General Contractor I follow the simple steps of being Honest and Fair and in return I became successful of what I do, we follow the strict guidelines of building practices and code compliance with every township/villages/city building inspectors and build a solid relationship.

My subcontractors are all licensed and insured and follows my strict guidelines of workmanship and quality and building practices as per code by the building and industry standards.

We have a broad knowledge of building construction, and we're certified with the American Lung Association of raising the standards for healthier indoor environments.

Due to my 30 years' experience I believe Quality Construction consists of more than good materials and more than good workmanship. If you do the wrong thing with good materials and good workmanship, it is still wrong.
