Our lines of business are:
Construction Management – we work with owners of historic buildings to retrofit the structures to modern standards of operation, conservation and esthetics. We do this through a collaborative design process paired with rigorous execution. We are passionate about this work because we value the beauty of historic buildings and the challenge of readapting to contemporary requirements. We reimage buildings by digging deep to extract maximum value of the existing and integrating modern building technology.
Architectural Services – we supply specialty construction materials that due to their level of complexity require a high level of expertise and management. These products are:
• Architectural terra cotta
• Glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC)
• Custom windows and doors
Shared Office Space – we provide contemporary office spaces for cutting edge businesses that value a high impact environment. These are historic buildings that we acquire, redevelop and manage.
