Prior to forming Caden Building Group, my 15-year career in Residential construction was spent working with two of the nation's top ten luxury homebuilders, as well as with a well respected family-owned regional builder.
In addition to personally project managing the construction on more than 350 homes throughout Northern Virginia and the Philadelphia metropolitan area, my extensive background includes management of construction and sales operations, project management, custom home building and renovations, historical renovations, cost management, purchasing, budgeting, contract negotiations, value engineering, trade partner relations, and marketing.
