Did what they said and in a timely manner. Also very polite and easy to work with. They put in my new system quickly. Everything works fine, and I'd recommend them. They are polite and easy to get along with. Cain's did a good job and were quick and efficient. I'd hire them again.

Run away - run far away!!!!! Terrible service but I was actually sincerely apologized to and promised a refund on November 18, 2016. However, It's now January 7, 2017 and I have yet to receive the refund, despite the owner's claim two weeks ago that it was in the mail. I'm now expecting to hear some excuse like it's lost in the mail - that is if I hear anything at all. The phone always goes straight to voice mail.
