Their carpenters installed custom shaker-style cabinets in the kitchen, and the painters achieved the perfect shade of warm gray on our walls. Even the smallest details—like consistent grout lines in the bathroom tiling and precisely aligned trim—were handled with care. They finished on schedule, and the daily site was always immaculate. Our apartment required a total refurbishment because it was so old-fashioned. Since we had no idea where to begin, we chose to rebuild the kitchen first and then other rooms. The team suggested that since we won't have to pay for the building documents and permissions many times, finishing the job all at once would be more cost-effective. After some consideration, we chose to include the other work, such as flooring, lighting, and kitchen makeover.

Finding the ideal contractor who specialises in general remodelling and can satisfy all of our expectations was difficult for us as first-time home owners. We spoke with representatives from six different building firms in order to find the best contractor. After comparing all of their bids, we cut the list to two firms, both of which were outstanding, but we ultimately chose Ori Peretz, the owner of Cali View Builders, because he exceeded our expectations in every way.

They helped us with everything, starting with the plans and permissions and continuing all the way to the finished job, and they were very knowledgable. With a full kitchen, full and half baths, and 2 extremely large bedrooms, the results are amazing. Being able to be near our loved ones is invaluable, and we couldn't be happier with them and the work they perform!

They were really patient as they worked with me through each stage. They took the time to get to know me and would then start offering me helpful advice. It has the appearance of a general contractor/interior designer team. Being able to get advice from experts reduced my worry as a first-time house buyer.

Ori was incredibly open, sincere, and true! The thing that impressed us the most about working with Ori was his word; he was the only one who didn't just talk about how amazing our house would look after the renovation but also about how messy the remodelling process would be and how unexpected surprises would probably happen in a renovation of that scale. However, he also guaranteed us that he would be there to lead us through those challenges, which he did! Before we signed the contract, Ori promised us that some problems would arise throughout the construction.

Working with Cali View Builders and their entire crew was an amazing pleasure. They assisted us with upgrading our upstairs, front porch, stairs, bathrooms, and floors. All of staff I met prior and during the installation were very friendly, courteous helpful. Zero pressure in the sales pitch, and clear explanations, our home was kept organized and clean during the project and given we were adding on and with ripping off our old roof this was an area of considerable concern for me and I was very set in letting them know it. This is a very well managed company. So glad we went with this company! It's definitely worth the money with the finished results, the stellar look, and excellent customer service!

We recently had “CALI-VIEW BUILDERS” remodel our laundry area to make it beautiful and functional. The choice of stone and cabinets were many and beautiful! Everything matches perfectly. Ori and his team were easy to work with and straightforward with the payments. Their plumber is excellent, as is their cabinet guy. They do top-notch work and pay attention to every detail.

Ori and his team went beyond our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, efficient, timely and designed the bathroom of our dreams. Cali View Builders did a first class bathroom remodel job turning our one 12' x 6' bathroom into two new beautiful bathrooms. Contractor Ori Peretz is friendly, patient, helpful and easy to work with. His crew consisting of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, tile setters etc. were all hard-working professionals. They protected our hardwood floors and furniture from construction debris. All our inspections passed with flying colors. While some other contractors will low ball a bid, then nickel and dime you with "extras," Ori went the extra mile by installing insulation in the walls and four smoke detectors without charging us any extra fees for this extra work. All in all we are very happy with Cali View Builders and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable professional contractor!
