Jeff Camp, Camdur’s owner and President, is a licensed and insured residential and commercial contractor with the State of Georgia. Camdur Building Group, Inc. has maintained an excellent reputation in the community and is a proud member of the Westside Home Builders Association (WHBA). Jeff Camp has served as the President of the WHBA and currently sits on the Green Build Council. He also serves on the City of Douglasville's Development Authority (CDDA) Board and the Home Builders Association of Georgia's Builders Political Action Committee (HBAG B-PAC).

Camdur Building Group, Inc. has a very diversified portfolio. Below please find a brief statement of experience and qualification in several different facets of the construction industry.

Camdur Building Group, Inc. has completed multiple projects for the metro Atlanta NSP through the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Program; a non-profit organization. Upon receipt of rehab specifications from ANDP we will advise about the potential areas where cost savings can be utilized. We will inspect the property then make recommendations such as repairing and re-using countertops, gutters, flooring, appliances, etc. rather than replacing them. Our most recent ANDP project is an energy renovation for 56 multifamily units and renovation of 8 multifamily units destroyed by fire.

Jeff has experience in subdivision & site development. He has simultaneously built multiple single family homes in multiple locations. This experience has given Jeff an aptitude for consistent scheduling and deadline management. In addition to the general field experience and knowledge one obtains from residential construction Jeff is also certified as a Level 1A with the Georgia Soil and Water Commission.

In an effort to further diversify our portfolio Jeff holds certifications for lead paint assessment, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and fire/smoke damage restoration. All of these services are offered by Camdur as in-house services. We are currently under contract with ANDP for fire restoration, mold remediation and energy renovation at an apartment complex in East Point, GA.

Camdur Building Group, Inc. also has a strong commercial project portfolio. We have enjoyed a long standing relationship with Equity One completing multiple scopes of work. We have worked with Foxhall Sporting Club on projects varying from remodeling to new construction. TaraCares, a nursing and rehab facility owner, has awarded us several remodeling and improvement scopes. We built the University of West Georgia Design Center in Carrollton, GA for Cablik Enterprises and 855 Building Renovations for the City of Hiram. We also completed a contract for a recycling center with the City of Smyrna, a recreational pavilion for Hampton Ridge HOA, a remodeling project for Bank of North Georgia, and several small projects for Yancey Brothers.
