    Remodel Kitchen and Living Room

    We hired Sam to renovate the first floor of our single family home in Southie, which consists of a kitchen and a living room. He did a great job. We are very happy with the finished product. Where requested, Sam followed our designs closely, and where we gave him freedom to do what he wanted, we were very pleased with what he came up with. Sam is also very trustworthy; after having worked with him for a few months, we now have no concerns giving him full access to our house. Our only complaint with Sam is that he is so busy that it often takes him a very long time to complete projects. This often got very frustrating for us. However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons, and we have already hired Sam to help us with another project. As long as you are not in a rush, we strongly recommend hiring Sam to do your next house project.

    Boston Contractors & Developers, LLC did a great job in renovating the interior of our historic 1850's property. The property had extensive structural work done - from the basement up to the 2 1/2 floor. BC&D restored the interior to its period style, adding 1/2 bath, lowering the basement floor level & concreting the floor.
    I would recommend them to others; in fact I will need them for a new project soon.

    Boston contractors did a great job over the summer when we added to our home a two car garage with a Master, bathroom and walk in closet. The contractor was efficient, timely and gave us different options to make it more cost effective for us.. They did a great job!
