Not really a custom builder. We really wanted to hire Tilson Homes and when we stated we wanted the attic/bonus room unfinished with regular stairs to attic/bonus inside house as we are getting older and do not want pull down stairs we were told they could not do that. Bonus room must be fully finished out. What custom builder tells you that? We will be researching for another builder.
