Our story is one of innovation and growth. Patrick Carmody, a stalwart in the industry who grew up learning the trade from his father, took the reins in 1976. At the time, our company was already a reputable name in home improvement, offering services including siding, roofing, gutters, and bathroom and kitchen remodeling. His leadership saw the company expand into additional services and become a truly full-service remodeling contractor.
In 1991, a new chapter began for Carmody Construction as we ventured into building custom homes. This period also welcomed a new generation to the family business, with Patrick’s sons joining both the construction and sales teams. Their fresh ideas, combined with inherited expertise, ushered in a wave of innovation and success, further cementing our reputation as the region’s best exterior remodeling contractor.
