    We worked with Carriage Partners to build our home in Sandy Springs and had a really nice experience with them. Their quality of build was exceptional and they were very responsive to any of our requests. Their contractors were really good as well. At the end of the project, we felt like we built a great home at a competitive price.

    We have used contractors many times over the years. Carriage Partners did our most recent and largest job. I wish we had found them earlier. They are easy to work with, they completed the punch list promptly, handled the permits and inspections - no problem. We didn’t have unexpected fees and the work is beautiful!

    We were looking to build in the SandySprings area and saw a parcel of interest. When our realtor and I were looking at it the owner( Van the owner of Carriage Builders), showed up. Pushed really hard to sell. We bought it from him, at a much higher price than he paid. ( found out later). Very slow to get bid , when we did it was very expensive and they left a ceiling finish off of 2 rooms. Claimed they didn’t see it and would have to reprice the project. Tried to get us to sign the contract without the total. We backed out. After reading their reviews on another site, we were glad we didn’t start the project with Carriage PartnersLLC.

    Please note the project was done in 2019.
