Carter Group, LLC is a design-build, general contracting & construction management firm founded in 2004 by experienced partners with a primary focus of establishing a company with the right people who possess integrity, technical expertise and a dedication to exceeding the expectations of each client every time. Our team is committed to quality workmanship in each type of project we implement. Project mix includes commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family, and construction management. We are based in Nashville, TN, but we oversee projects across the United States as our clients require. Currently, we are licensed in 22 states.

Safety first is a top priority at Carter Group, LLC, and we have an established safety policy to educate our field technicians, subcontractors and office staff. Our mission is to provide a safe working environment on all of our construction sites. Each member of our staff and team of subcontractors are responsible for being aware of the importance of maintaining a safe work environment. We are constantly striving to be the best in our industry. Every Carter Group employee is CPR, First Aid and AED Certified, and our field staff maintains current 30-Hour OSHA certifications. We focus on accident prevention
through continual training. Our safety record speaks for itself.

Carter Group, LLC prioritizes sustainability in our design and construction practices. With 50% of our project management staff are LEED Accredited Professionals, we are committed to finding the most responsible solutions to minimize waste, reuse/repurpose materials whenever possible, integrate energy efficiency into every project and design spaces that function in harmony with environment. It's our belief that responsibly designed and built facilities are beneficial for present and future building occupants and that being green is a worthy investment that bears tangible and intangible dividends in the short and long terms.
