Derek was incredibly professional, easy to work with, available seven days a week if we had questions and his crew completed the job with quality and speed. I would absolutely recommend Cashmere!

I called these guys because I needed a new roof, these guys were out here the next week which was sooner than they had planned. Busted out the roof job in 2 days and even had to replace some of the plywood underneath which was unexpected (due to them finding mold), but they got on top of ordering the plywood and finished ahead of schedule. Derek was great to work with, reasonable, prompt, always answered the phone, always answered any question I had, and provided education on specific parts of the project that I was curious about. I know that if I have any issues with my house in the future, I'll be calling Derek. They all did a great job.

Cashmere Construction recently finished a complete home remodel on our home, and it turned out beautifully. Derek was able to advise and design the perfect kitchen and fully redo our master bathroom and closet, all while being flexible throughout the process. We had walls torn down, floor plans adjusted, and did I mention this was during a pandemic?! Derek arranged for samples to be dropped off for our selections and even completed the project 3 weeks early. Derek and his crew were great to work with and masters in their craft.

The best thing we have ever done for our home! Cashmere had done several superior remodeling projects for our next door neighbor, so we knew about their professionalism and creative design. We wanted to update our 1970s dark brown kitchen to be light and bright and look more contemporary to match the rest of our home. Because of the pandemic. Derek Dunmyer, Cashmere's CEO, devised a plan to wall off our kitchen with plastic and all of his staff wore masks and were vigilant about keeping a proper social distance. Derek had great suggestions on design and was very innovative in accomplishing the things we wanted to change. All the work was done exactly as he set it out in his work calendar for us. Each of his staff was very skilled in their area of expertise: tiling, painting, granite installation, carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Derek kept in daily touch and always monitored all work. Would highly recommended Cashmere, we are delighted with what they created for us.

After a Ford Explorer crashed into our house we were in a dilemma on how to proceed with any repairs. A friend recommended Cashmere Construction and it turned out to be the answer that we needed.
Derek led us through the process from beginning to end. He was very adept in working with our insurance company and in keeping us informed almost on a daily of what was happening in
The next few days. On a regular basis he would check with to see if we had any questions or if we had any advice or concerns.
When a new worker would arrive in the morning Derek would always also come by to make sure the worker understood exactly what he was expected to do that day.
Derek also suggested some changes that we would never have thought of. These made the final result that much better.
We have worked with several contractors in the 44 years that we have lived in our house and he is by far the best we have seen.
Due to his professionalism, attention to detail and interpersonal skills we would recommend him to anyone.

Initially I was advised that it would take 2 months to complete painting the exterior of my home but the total project took 3 weeks. My house looks terrific! We hired Cashmere Construction to remodel an office building we had recently purchased. The Cashmere crew came in and got straight to work. They were very clean and finished the project ahead of schedule! We will definitely use them again if we have more work in the area.

Cashmere did a complete refinish on our kitchen cabinets. Derek was attentive to details in planning, communicative, and helpful. Cashmere started and finished the job on schedule, even slightly under budget by rebuilding a hood rather than replacing it. Our house was treated with care. We were away during the construction, and except for the dazzling white cabinets, you couldn't tell they had been there. I highly recommend him and his workers.

Cashmere Construction started with a few remodel projects in a home I recently purchased. Their work expanded significantly mostly due to prior remodeling by former owners. To date they have gutted and remodeled two bathrooms, removed and installed doors both throughout the inside and outside of the house (including closets), repaired faulty electrical work, installed new lights and dimmer switches on existing lights, repaired and repainted the entire inside and outside, installed new drywall and attic access in the garage and installed a new deck across the front of the house.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job completed. And I will definitely use Cashmere for my next phase!

Originally, we hired Cashmere Construction to remodel two bathrooms. In the six years since, they have replaced our roof; added a sunroom and laundry area; replaced kitchen countertops and created a pantry; put in wrap-around patio with pavers; replaced all bedroom closet doors; replastered some ceilings; installed a solar tube and skylights; and, built a garden shed with windows and electricity. Recently, Cashmere Construction replaced our front door (complete with sidelights!). Derek and his team are respectful, organized and dedicated to staying on schedule.

I used Cashmere Construction to replace my deck, build a deck cover that included special requested features, and upgrades and improvements in my home. Cashmere Construction completely replaced all flooring. They expertly installed hardwood floors throughout main living area and carpet in the master bedroom and guest room. The entire interior of the home was painted, including the ceilings. All of the window and door trim was replaced with Craftsman Style windows and baseboard trim. All interior doors were replaced and painted. All kitchen and laundry room cabinet doors were replaced and painted. Cashmere Construction is the consummate professional company providing proper technical expertise and talent and outstanding customer oriented service. I am old and disabled, yet I needed repairs on the exterior of my house. The thought of dealing with many different workers was more than I could handle. Derek came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. He was kind, patient, considerate, and thorough. He managed his workers efficiently. Each task was done to perfection. Cashmere Construction has completed two major remodels for us - our kitchen in 2011 and our master bathroom in 2017. They also completed several smaller upgrades in between including two secondary bathrooms, four rooms of floors, replaced all deck boards and erected a 12x12 gazebo on the deck.
